If your mind is preoccupied with God's grace and Christ's righteousness, there will be no room for despondency, doubt, shame, hopelessness, fear, etc.
When you begin to feel these things come upon you, banish Satan by lifting your eyes once again toward our faithful Friend who continues to plead for us, and share in His glory and exaltation.
This is what He died for, after all.
